Today we begin a week long celebration for our 500th Photo Gallery! To help make it a truly special week for us and for you, we’ve teamed up with NECA Toys. We’ll be posting retrospectives, revisiting past toy galleries, a contest and more. You may be wondering why we asked NECA to join in an sponsor the week. Our toy galleries really began to take shape back in 2013. That’s when we made the decision to really try and start pushing new and fun galleries o fans. While I had done a few shoots here and there, it wasn’t until NECA unveiled their San Diego Comic-Con 2013 NES Jason Voorhees that I began to really jump into the fray. From that moment on, I was hooked. The majority of my personal shoots have been NECA related since then and, more than a few times, NECA was gracious enough to send along items for us to shoot, review and share with the Toyark readers. As we approached the milestone, I asked NECA’s Randy Falk if he was interested in working together for a week’s long celebration of our galleries and of NECA. Welcome to our Week of NECA.
We kick things off later today. While we will be bringing you our regular news coverage, it will be mixed in with featured NECA themed posts. We’ll be posting up a NECA sponsored contest.
