Crusher Creel’s life was little more than that of any common criminal. Although he did spend some time as a boxer, he usually resorted to petty crime. It was on one such extortion racket that he was convicted of aggravated assault and remanded to prison. Loki, the Asgardian god of mischief, knew Creel would be the perfect unwitting agent to battle Thor, so he slipped an enchanted potion into Creel’s drinking water in the prison commissary. Filled with power, Creel broke out of prison and soon found himself in conflict with Thor. He found he could absorb the properties of Thor’s hammer as well as Thor himself, and Creel, calling himself the Absorbing Man, managed to force Thor to flee.

Cons
Awful Weapon
Overall
The Absorbing Man BAF would not have been my first choice for a BAF, but the size of the character matches the formula and he did turn out pretty good. The extra arms are a nice touch, giving the effect of him absorbing what he is touching. The highlight however is the awesome screaming head, giving the figure emotion and making him much more dynamic. I do however hate the use of that awful reused wrecking ball. I think I would have rather kept the screaming head, and given back the second set of arms and the plain head and gotten a new tool for that wrecking ball (like one with a real chain).
