With San Diego Comic-Con 2016 just over a week away, NECA has shared a new teaser image. In their studio, the team is finishing up the numerous items that will be on display. The main focus of the teaser is the paint work being prepped for the highly anticipated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie 1/4 Scale Figures.
