Diamond Knows These Are the Droids You’re Looking for With New PREVIEWS Exclusive C-3PO and R2-D2 Figures
The galaxy’s most beloved droids C-3PO and R2-D2 deploy to comic shops with the release of their new PREVIEWS Exclusive (PX) Star Wars Egg Attack Action Figures.
The dynamic duo of the Rebel Alliance are available in two new depictions within this release. C-3PO’s figure stands 6” tall with a skillfully painted gold body and silver leg. His special hinge designed arms and legs can be scattered about just like in the Star Wars franchise. Meanwhile, R2-D2 stands 4” tall and features textured blue and white armor. His design includes a light-up sequencing function, and built in Princess Leia projection. R2-D2’s figure also includes three extending arms, one extending life scanner, and an extending periscope to help him perform his various intergalactic duties. For fans who want to bring both droids back to their home planet, the pair can be purchased in a set.
These PREVIEWS Exclusive item figures are easier to retrieve than the plans of the Death Star, and are featured in the June issue of Diamond’s PREVIEWS catalog. C-3PO and R2-D2 each carry individual suggest retail prices of $59.40, while the set of both is $134.00, and both will be available in stores late July 2017
