Star Lord and Ego Marvel Legends 2 Pack

Today we are taking a look at a Marvel Legends set that dropped right before Comic Con 2017. Entertainment Earth has an exclusive early run of the Star Lord and Ego Guardians of the Galaxy 2 pack before it’s wider release (in stock there right now). The set features Star Lord in his shorter jacket with an unmasked and masked head, 2 blasters and a Walkman. Ego features 2 heads for Kurt Russell, one smiling and one angry. Both set of heads use the new digital printing for face paint and are pretty good unless you dig in with a microscope (and sometimes our cameras here at Toyark do that). Ego’s heads have less of a paint issue and more of sculpt – both look very similar. The fine details of the expressions didn’t transfer into the mass production molds. All in all it’s a solid GotG set and cool to see Kurt Russell in action figure form! Read on to check out our pics courtesy of Entertainment Earth!
