Pre-orders for a new DC Comics Wonder Woman Premium Format Figure are set to go live on Thursday, January 25th some time between 12:00 Noon and 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Ahead of that, Sideshow Collectibles shared a closer look at the upcoming statue. Wonder Woman stands over 22″ tall. she is depicted in her iconic classic red, yellow, and blue outfit as she wields her Lass of Truth. A standard and an exclusive edition will be available. The exclusive version includes a swap out skirt. The Sideshow Exclusive Edition is priced at $560, while the Collector Edition (standard version) is priced at $550. Measuring 22” tall, Wonder Woman stands on guard as she descends a blackened staircase to Hades, lined with clear resin flames that include a flickering light-up feature. The sculpted underworld staircase is detailed with molten orange hues, as well as the shadowy portraits of helmeted warriors, inspired by classical statues.
A champion of justice, Wonder Woman prepares to swing her golden Lasso of Truth at any oncoming foes, with her sword and aegis shield at her back. Both the lasso and the leather-like strap across her chest are fabric features. Wonder Woman has a beautifully detailed portrait inspired by her comic book appearance, with dynamic, windswept hair, her golden tiara and matching golden necklace, and a strong-willed expression.
Wonder Woman’s demigoddess physique is carefully sculpted showcasing her grace and strength in polystone. Her iconic red and blue costume is accented with white stars, and her armor includes a golden eagle breastplate, a matching gold belt, silver bracelets, and red boots with silver covers.
The Exclusive edition of the Wonder Woman Premium Format™ Figure includes a removable polyvinyl skirt for Diana’s costume, allowing an additional display option for the figure.
