After a preview last week, Sideshow Collectibles has released photos and details for their new Thundercats Lion-O Statue. This release will join the upcoming Thundercats Mumm-Ra Statue, which you can Pre-Order Here. The statue will stand over 27″ tall from base to sword tip. A Sideshow Exclusive version will be available, which includes an additional interchangeable head sculpt. Pre-orders begin this Thursday. Check out details below and the new photos after the jump.
Sideshow is proud to present the Lion-O Statue, the next exciting addition to the ThunderCats collection.
Lion-O stands proud atop a Cats’ Lair inspired base, holding the legendary Sword of Omens high above his head. In the other hand, he wields the intricate golden Claw Shield. The Lion-O Statue measures 27” tall from the bottom of the clawed base to the tip of his sword.
As Lord of the ThunderCats, the polystone Lion-O Statue has a sculpted Thunderian physique, thoroughly detailed with fur-like texture. He has a fierce portrait inspired by his classic cartoon appearance, complete with feline facial features, red eyes, and flowing scarlet hair.
Lion-O’s costume has been given an updated aesthetic for Sideshow’s ThunderCats collection. He is wearing two-toned blue armor accented with silver studs, along with a matching vambrace and boots. His chest bears the iconic Eye of Thundera, which can also be seen on the hilt of the Sword of Omens.
ThunderCats, ho! The Exclusive edition of the Lion-O Statue includes an alternate roaring portrait, with yellow eyes and bared fangs as he summons the strength of the ThunderCats team. The Exclusive edition is limited to only 400 pieces.

Pre-Orders for the Lion-O Statue will begin on Thursday, March 1st between 12pm-3pm PST. The Exclusive edition will be priced at $450.00 and the Collector edition will be priced at $435.00.
