One of the new Pennywise figures that debuted at Toy Fair 2019, was a 1/4 Scale Pennywise Figure from IT (2017). The 18″ tall figure includes interchangeable hands and a red balloon. Look for it to be released in the third quarter of the year. NECA sent over official photos, and they can be seen after the jump.
