Tonight we are taking a look at the Darkhorse Comics 1000Toys Hellboy 1:12 scale figure. This has been on display at shows for the last year or so and I was immediately in. I am a casual Hellboy fan, random comics, movies and the like over the years, and this one off figure was a great way to rep him in my collection. 1000Toys is known for unique high end figures and they did not disappoint here. The figure has a skeleton based upper with a solid silicone-like torso layered on top that bends with all movement. Arms and legs are painted to match with exposed joints as needed. Even the Right Hand of Doom is articulated at the fingers and wrist, double jointed elbow. He comes packed with 2 heads, 4 left hands, soft-goods trench-coat, tail, gun and holster. Overall once in hand it’s even more impressive than it was on display. He scales great with Marvel Legends, S.H. Figuarts and the like so you can have him battle cross dimensionally no problem.
