TIME: 1 PM EST (10 AM PST) each dayHOW IT WORKS: Each day we will put a set amount of stock up for sale – once that quantity is sold out, that day’s sale is over.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN PRE-ORDER?
Yes. The limit is TWO PER HOUSEHOLD. We take a hard stance on scalpers and bots, and any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled.WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We can ship to U.S. addresses ONLY, and we can NOT ship to PO boxes. You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your pre-order, but items will not ship until a week after SDCC.WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in New Jersey. As such, sales tax is charged in addition to the items for any sales originating from or being shipped to a New Jersey address.WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO PRE-ORDER – CAN I JUST BUY YOUR EXCLUSIVES AT SDCC LIKE NORMAL?
Yes. LIMITED QUANTITIES of our 2019 Convention Exclusives will be available at the NECA booth. They will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.CAN I PRE-ORDER HERE AND THEN PICK MY ITEM UP AT YOUR BOOTH AT SDCC?
No. If you pre-order an exclusive here, it will be shipped to you.WILL YOU BE OFFERING THE EXCLUSIVES FOR SALE IN STORES OR AT OTHER CONVENTIONS?
No. This set will ONLY be available during the pre-order event here on TheNECAstore.com and in our booth at SDCC 2019.PAYMENT METHODS

No. At this time we can only ship the 2019 convention exclusives to U.S. addresses.WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
