Pre-orders are now open for the new Marvel Comics – Spider-Man Premium Format Figure from Sideshow Collectibles.The statue features a mix of resin, polustone, diecast metal, and PVC plastic. It stands at 22.5″ tall, with Spidey being attacked by Doctor Octopus’ metal arms. The statue features some light up LED’s on Doc Ock’s claws. A Sideshow Exclusive version will include an alternate swap out portrait. The regular version is priced at $625, while the exclusive is $640. The Spider-Man Premium Format™ Figure measures 22.5” tall as everyone’s favorite web-head wrestles with the tentacles of his foe Doctor Octopus on an Oscorp Laboratories-themed base. Peter Parker expertly avoids Doc Ock’s clawed clutches as the robotic arms coil around mangled monitors and machinery in an attempt to snare him.
The polystone Spider-Man Premium Format™ Figure features a sculpted blue and red costume with varied textures and webbing elements on the gloves, boots, mask, and torso. The Spidey suit showcases Peter Parker’s athletic physique, with detailed musculature and realistic fabric-like movement. A number of webs wrap around the mechanical tentacles on the base, clamping the deadly claws shut and hiding Parker’s camera in the fray. The two open claws also include a light up feature, adding a sinister green glow to the scene.
