Toy hunters have begun to report on social media that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Wave 2 Figures have been found at various Target locations. NECA has confirmed that some stores have put their stock out early. An official wide release is planned for next week, and the figures should be in most Target stores then.
