The 8″ tall figure includes interchangeable hands, two swappable portraits, and a red balloon. It is set to ship out to retailers next week, and should be on shelves by early February. The figure is priced at $49.99 plus shipping. According to NECA, the higher price is due to the more intricate cloth outfit, which was more expensive to produce.
