NECA shared a preview of their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon 1/4 Scale Figures. We originally saw the Raphael at Toy Fair 2020. Today we have a quick preview of all four Turtles. They stand at 16″ tall, with about 30 points of articulation. Each will include swappable parts and weapons. Check out the previews after the jump.
