Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Darth Maul and Coruscant Guard Figures by Hot Toys

Hot Toys has released images and info for two upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars 1/6 Scale Figures. The new figures include Darth Maul and a Coruscant Guard. These figures will join Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker, Captain Rex, and more in their new line up of figures based on the Clone Wars animated series.

Darth Maul will stand just under 11.5″ tall, with about 30 points of articulation. The figure includes interchangeable hands, a light up Lightsaber, a Lighsaber hilt, Lightsaber blades in motion, Stormtrooper wrist armor, a tunic with a detachable hood, a figure stand, and packaging inspired by the Mandalorian sarcophagus. The Coruscant Guard will stand just under 12″ tall with 30 points of articulation. The figure will include interchangeable hands, a blaster pistol, a blaster rifle, an electrostaff with effects pieces, thermal detonators, and a figure stand.

The new figure will be released between the Fourth Quarter of 2021, and the First Quarter of 2022. Pre-orders have not gone live yet, and pricing has not been announced. You can see full details and the new photos after the jump.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Darth Maul 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure

In the climatic final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Darth Maul orchestrated the siege of Mandalore™ as a means to draw Anakin Skywalker™ and Obi-Wan Kenobi™ to him with plans to kill Skywalker and deprive Darth Sidious™ of his new apprentice. When he was greeted by Ahsoka Tano™ instead, he made the most of the situation by offering to form an alliance, two outcast apprentices joining forces to put a stop to the creeping evil of the Sith. After clashing lightsabers in the throne room of the capital city, Ahsoka turned Maul’s own weapon against him and was able to capture the former Sith Lord for the Republic.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Coruscant Guard 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure

This elite group of clones guards was led by Clone Commander Fox™. It was their task to keep the peace on Coruscant™, to protect important buildings, and to supplement the job of the Senate Guard.
