Executive Replicas is teaming up with LooseCollector Collectibles for a new Heavy Metal – Taarna and Avis Deluxe 1/12 Scale Figure Box Set. Solicitations have been sent out for the new set. The box set features the lead character from the animated Heavy Metal film from 1981. Taarna stands at 6″ tall with 26 points of articulation. She includes a sword, a sheath, and an extra set of hands. Also included is Avis, the bird-like creature she can ride. Avis has about 5 points of articulation.
The box set is priced at $129.99, and is due for release in August 2021 via Diamond Comics. You can pre-order now via Executive Replicas (for $99 and a July release), but additional sites and comic shops should add pre-orders soon. Check out additional info and new photos after the jump.
