Solicitations have been released for two new retro Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles box sets from Playmates Toys. Included are a Sewer Lair Box Set, and a Villains Mutant Module Retro Box Set with reissues of the classic 5″ Playmates TMNT Figures. The Sewer Lair Box Set is packed in a soft carrying case inspired by the Turtles Lair, and will include Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael, Shredder, and Splinter. The Villains Box Set is features a soft carrying case inspired by the Mutant Module vehicle, and will include Bebop, Rocksteady, Baxter Stockman, Slash, Krang with Walker, and a Foot Soldier.
Each of these box sets are Previews Exclusives. They will be available from most online collectible retailers, and comic shops. The TMNT Retro Box Sets are priced at $89.99 for the Lair, and $100 for the Villains. The Sewer Lair Set is due out in May, while the Mutant Module Set is due out in September.
