NECA has released final packaging photos of the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series – Rat King and Vernon Fenwick 2-Pack. The 7″ scale figure set will be a Target Exclusive in the US, but will likely see a general release overseas. It is not currently listed on the Target website.
