Product pages have been posted by Good Smile Company for their upcoming Death Stranding – Figma Sam Porter Bridges Figure. The figure is based on Norman Reedus’ role in the 2019 video game by Kojima Productions. In the game, Sam is a porter, a deliveryman helping to reconnect the fractured nation by delivering supplies to to isolated colonies, and connecting them to a wireless network. As with anything Kojima produces, things get a lot more complicated very quickly. Good Smile is offering both a Standard Edition and a DX Edition.
The Sam Porter Bridges Figma stands 6.3″ tall. The Standard Edition includes interchangeable hands, a small cargo case, an assault rifle, damage sensor tape, a Cargo ID stickers, and an articulated Figma stand. The DX Edition includes those items, as well as two removable helmets, two large cargo cases, an additional small cargo case, a floating carrier, a bola gun, two shoulder protectors, and two leg protectors. Pre-ordering either version directly from the Good Smile Company Shop will get you a bonus display base. The bike seen in the photos was produced by Kotobukiya, and is not included.
The Sam Porter Bridges Figma is scheduled for release in October. The Standard Edition is priced at 9,900 Yen (about $93 USDD), while the DX Edition is priced at 12,800 Yen (about $121 USD). Check out photos and details after the jump.
