Photos and details have been released by Medicom for the upcoming The Mandalorian – MAFEX IG-11 Figure. Their product page is now live. In the show, IG-11 was a bounty hunter droid destroyed by Mando when it attempted to eliminate Grogu (aka The Child). However, the droid was repaired by Kuiil as a service droid. IG-11 becomes a protector of The Child, ultimately sacrificing himself to save Mando’s crew as they look to rescue The child from the Empire’s grasp.
The MAFEX IG-11 stands over 7″ tall. It includes two blaster pistol, a serving tray with drinks, a removable satchel with Grogu, and an interchangeable chest piece with a self destruct detonator. Some of the joints will be diecast metal for sturdiness. An articulated figure stand will also be included. IG-11 will be priced at 10,780 Yen in Japan (about $99 USD).
