The Mandalorian – Grogu on Tython, and IG-11 and Grogu on Speeder Bike Statues by Iron Studios

Iron Studios has debuted two new statues based on The Mandalorian. The first is a Grogu Legacy 1/4 Scale Statue. This statue features Grogu connecting with the Force on Tython. It stands at just under 9.5″ tall, with two interchangeable portraits. The statue base has light up LED effects. It’s priced at $499.99.

The second statue is the IG-11 and Grogu on Speeder BikeDeluxe  1/10 Scale Statue. It features IG-11 protecting Grogu, who is strapped to his chest. It stands at about 8″ tall on a themed base. The statue is priced at $319.99.

Iron Studios presents Baby Yoda connected to the Force!

In a trance-like state, having visions or reaching someone or something through the Force, while an energy field forms around him, the little child called Grogu (Baby Yoda) remains seated on top of the so-called Seeing stone. This rock is shaped like a dome in the ancient ruins of a temple, with runes inscribed at the bottom, where it says that if a Force-sensitive being meditates on its top, it will send a beacon of energy to any other Force-sensitive being nearby. Thus, Iron Studios presents its statue “Grogu Legacy Replica 1/4 – The Mandalorian – Iron Studios” derived from this iconic scene from the second season of the series The Mandalorian, a spin-off from Star Wars. The Mandalorian is a production of the Disney+ streaming channel, directed by Jon Favreau.

In Episode 6, Chapter 14: The Tragedy, Mando is instructed, by the Jedi Ahsoka Tano, to take Grogu to a planet called Tython. In this verdant world, which is incredibly rich and connected to the “Force”, the small child would be able to use the Force to choose his path, thus becoming known to any Jedi who could find him and help him. Mando then takes his protégé and places him on top of the Seer Stone.

Unveiled in the second edition of Inside Iron Studios Day, and since then eagerly awaited by fans and collectors, the statue comes to add to the already announced “The Mandalorian and The Child Legacy Replica – The Mandalorian”. This is the second piece, by Iron Studios, derived from the series, in the Legacy 1/4 line, besides others in the Art Scale 1/10 line. All are now available for Pre-Order.

IG-11 rides his Biker with Grogu by Iron Studios!

On the remote planet Arvala-7, a desert, rocky and barren world, Grogu, a cub of the same species as the late Jedi Master Yoda, is in a mercenary camp, being held hostage. He is targeted by the relentless droid IG-11, which had been designed to follow Bounty Hunters’ Guild protocols, with a mission to eliminate the child. Destroyed and deactivated by Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin, better known as Mando, IG-11 was repaired and reprogrammed by Farmer Kuiil to protect Grogu, thus becoming the child’s guardian and ally of Mando.

After rescuing Grogu from two Imperial Scout Troopers, on a mission to the planet Nevarro, IG-11 left for the local town to save Mando and his companions, trapped in a canteen by Moff Gideon’s Imperial troops. Riding one of the downed Scout’s Speeder Bikes and with his new duty to care and protect, IG-11 keeps Grogu safe in a bag strapped to his chest as he approaches the enemies, mounted on the fast floating vehicle, as seen in the series, in Chapter 8: Redemption, from season one.

Like a fearless gunslinger from the wild west, riding through the city and eliminating evildoers, IG-11, mounted on a Speeder Bike, invades Nevarro’s city, thus raising a cloud of smoke and dust as he passes. He fires his blaster rifles, eliminating Imperial Stormtrooper soldiers that come his way, while protecting the little Grogu, who is attached to his chest, inside a bag like a canguru. The innocent Baby Yoda is even enjoying the situation. Thus, Iron Studios presents another emblematic moment of The Mandalorian series in the statue ” IG-11 and The Child Deluxe BDS Art Scale 1/10 – The Mandalorian – Iron Studios”.
