A new bust of Godzilla, based on the Heisei era suit, has been revealed by CoolProps. The Godzilla – Original Suit Collection Bust looks to be the first in a running line of busts based specifically on the suits worn during filming of the films. The Heisei era of Godzilla films began in 1984 with The Return of Godzilla (aka Godzilla 1984), and lasted through 1989. The films kicked off a new continuity for Godzilla, where every previous film was ignored except for the 1954 original.
The Godzilla Bust stands over 23.5″ tall, and over 44″ front to back. A logo plaque will also be included. The bust will be limited to just 100 pieces. Pre-orders are scheduled to go live on February 20th. The price hasn’t officially been revealed, however, I’ve seen some say this will cost about $3,500. You can see the new photos after the jump.
