The Ninja Turtles gain statues by Iron Studios in their MiniCo line

In New York City, four young brothers secretly fight against evil, facing bandits and even alien invaders. Created in the comics by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or TMNT as they’re known, became a great success in the late 1980s, expanded to many media, and is revered until today by fans all over the globe, and now gains its first line of statues by Iron Studios. The heroes’ group is made of four mutant turtles that, thanks to a viscous substance called Mutagen or Ooze, acquired human-like characteristics and were baptized by their sensei with the name of Italian Renaissance artists. Trained in the ninjutsu martial arts by their master, a rat called Splinter, they use a sewer network as their home and headquarters. Their greatest arch-enemy is the evil Shredder, leader of the criminal ninja group Foot Clan.

Confident and brave, called Leo by his brothers, he advances with his long swords Ninjatō over a pedestal with a manhole cover at his feet, one of the entrances for their hideout. Thus, Iron Studios present their statue “Leonardo – TMNT – MiniCo”, with the eldest turtle among his brothers, he’s also their adviser and leader. Portraited using a blue mask, Leo is skillful, mature, and disciplined, and possesses a very strong bond with his father and mentor Splinter that baptized him inspired by the Italian polymath, painter, inventor, and sculptor Leonardo da Vinci.

Always cranky, over a pedestal where he’s crushing a destroyed robot enemy, and holding his favorite weapons, a pair of Sai daggers, Iron Studios present the statue “Raphael – TMNT – MiniCo”, with the group’s rebel. Also called Raph by his brothers, he plays the role of the tough guy. Explosive, moody, and almost always grumpy, he is distinguished by his red mask and has the name inspired by the Italian painter from the 16th Century Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino, he’s also the second eldest son among his brothers.

Jumping over a wall of bricks destroyed with an old network of pipes, Don or Donnie, as he’s known by his brothers, firmly holds his Bo battle staff and calculates his blow with precision. Iron Studios bring the statue “Donatello – TMNT – MiniCo”, presenting the most intelligent among the four turtle brothers. With a natural remarkable aptitude for science and technology, he’s the third eldest brother and second in charge of the team. Friendly and kind, always using a purple mask, he’s the scientist and inventor responsible for the group’s gadgets and vehicles. His name comes from the Florentine sculptor Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi, better known as Donatello.

Carrying a slice of pizza, his favorite food, in one of his hands, and one of his Nunchakus in the other, he jumps with his skateboard in a wall of bricks on the pedestal. Thus, Iron Studios present the statue “Michelangelo – TMNT – MiniCo”, bringing the happiest and most playful member of the Ninja Turtles. Loyal and affectionate, Mike or Mikey as he’s called by his brothers, is the youngest of the group, known for his optimism, his jokes, and his love for skateboarding and pizza. Using an orange mask, his name comes from the Italian architect and poet Michelangelo Buonarroti.

The four statues of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from the stylized Toy Art MiniCo line by Iron Studios are already available for individual Pre-Order, and together they make a beautiful diorama set of the group in action, ready for combat. Avengers’ Battle of New York in new statues by Iron Studios

Seeking to subdue Earth and become its only sovereign, Loki of Asgard, foster brother of prince Thor, joined forces with the titan conqueror Thanos through his servant known as “The Other”, that made available for the God of Mischief an army of the alien race called Chitauri, a sentient species of cybernetically enhanced beings that operate under a hive-mind intelligence, in exchange for the infinity gem known as Tesseract, a crystalline cube-shaped containment vessel for the Space Stone, that was under the protection of the Asgardians before, kept inside Odin’s Vault. Loki teleported himself to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters where he took control over the minds of Clint Barton, the Hawkeye, because of his fighting skills; and of scientist Erik Selvig, because of his Tesseract’s knowledge. Erik Selvig built a device installed at the Stark Tower, that together with the Tesseract stolen by Loki, opened a wormhole portal allowing his army of Chitauri and Leviathans to invade the city of New York. Called “The Incident” by the citizens, the Battle of New York is considered a monumental event in the history of humanity, that publicly confirmed the existence of extraterrestrial species for the people of Earth, where, for the first time, the Avengers stood together, ready to defend the planet.

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of this memorable battle presented in the movie The Avengers from 2012, the sixth movie in the MCU, directed and written by Joss Whedon, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios, where we watched the origin of the largest group of superheroes on Earth, Iron Studios proudly present their collection “Avengers Battle of NY – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, made of a super limited edition of statues of the supergroup’s six original members, that compose a diorama set of one of the most memorable scenes from the movie, where they’re all gathered for battling for the first time.

Steve Rogers, the Captain America, played a major role in the Battle of New York, using his modern suit developed by S.H.I.E.L.D., inspired in his original looks but reimagined by his admirer and ally, agent Phil Coulson, and wielding his inseparable and indestructible shield, Iron Studios bring the statue “Captain America Battle of NY – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, with the first Avenger witnessing the threat next to his allies and taking the command of the group, using his leadership and strategy knowledge and his abilities, he coordinates each one of the heroes and maintains his ground fight by Black Widow’s side.

Using his Mark VII armor, Tony Stark, the Iron Man, takes flight with jets on his feet, lifting a cloud of translucent fire illuminated by LEDs on a pedestal of the battleground’s debris, he flies so he can maintain his air superiority against the Chitauri. Iron Studios present the statue “Iron Man Battle of NY – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, of the moment that the armored avenger flies for combat and lately infiltrates through the wormhole, carrying a nuclear missile that destroyed the Chitauri’s command ship, ensuring the Avenger’s victory.

Wielding his mighty mystic hammer Mjölnir, Thor, the Asgardian God of Thunder, joined the Avengers under the leadership of Captain America to stop the conquest schemes of his foster brother Loki and his Chitauri army. With his new battle armor, Iron Studios bring the statue “Thor – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, in the scene where the Prince of Asgard joins the other Avengers on the battlefield. Following Captain America’s orders, Thor flew to the top of the Chrysler Building, where he used the building to charge his lightning on the Mjölnir and release it in the wormhole portal, destroying a big part of Loki’s army.

Arriving at the beginning of the Battle of New York in an old motorcycle, Dr. Bruce Banner joins the Avengers. Receiving the information from Iron Man that Bruce was getting closer and was attracting the enemy’s attention, Captain America alerts Banner that it would be a really good time for him to get angry, then the good doctor undisturbedly replied that the secret to induce a controlled transformation is that he was always angry, instantaneously transforming in the Incredible Hulk, and stopping a Leviathan with a punch. Iron Studios bring the statue “Hulk Battle of NY – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, with the Green Goliath on a pedestal of the battle debris, joining the defender heroes of Earth, when he’s ordered by Captain America to simply “smash” the Chitauri.

Released from a mind control imposed by Loki, Clint Barton, the Hawkeye, joined the Avengers to fight against Loki and stop his world domination schemes. With determination, he fought against the horde of Chitauri until all the Avengers were together, shooting many of his special arrows. Iron Studios present the statue “Hawkeye Battle of NY – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, with the hero getting ready to shoot one more time, and about to follow the plan stated by Captain America, where Clint takes the position in a building’s roof, brought there by Iron Man to attract and observe the enemies’ movements.

When Loki declared war against Earth, Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow, was recruited by the Avengers after her friend Clint Barton was charmed and subdued by Loki. Romanoff helped recruit Tony Stark, the Iron Man, and Bruce Banner, the Hulk, to the team while they were tracking and trying to capture Loki, eventually saving Barton from his grasp. Iron Studios present the statue “Black Widow Battle of NY – The Infinity Saga – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, with Natasha wielding her pistol when she joined the complete team during the Battle of New York. The Russian hero had a fundamental role to destroy the portal that was created by the Tesseract.

Phoenix Deluxe – X-Men – BDS Art Scale 1/10

Emerging from a pedestal made of energy flames, a female figure with power and unlimited potential floats over a translucent fire, with her long red-haired hair lifted by her powers and wearing a skin-tight red, black and golden costume, she is one of the most feared and powerful cosmic entities in the Marvel Universe. Iron Studios, in their X-Men collection that forms a diorama with the main Marvel’s mutant heroes facing Sentinel Robots controlled by Magneto and a legion of villains to back him up, now bring the entity “Phoenix Deluxe – X-Men – BDS Art Scale 1/10”, that presents in its pedestal the majestic mythologic bird that inspires her name, also made by her powers’ flames.

Getting back from a cocoon in the bottom of Jamaica Bay’s waters. Believing to be the real Jean, Phoenix fought by X-Men’s side and saved the universe. But after being manipulated by mutant villain Jason Wyngarde, known as Mastermind, Phoenix went crazy and became mission in space, after facing a lethal solar radiation storm, the X-Men are saved by the mighty telepath hero Jean Grey. When she was about to die by radiation poisoning, Jean was saved by the cosmic entity known as Phoenix Force, a universal, immortal, and immutable force, known as the personification of the very creation’s passion, and one of the most feared beings in all existence. At this moment the Phoenix Force took the form of Jean, creating a duplicate body of her and absorbing her memories, personality, and part of her consciousness. After that, she cast the real Jean Grey into suspended animation in a strange a universal threat known as Dark Phoenix. Jean was rescued in her stasis, and after a while, other factors led her to possess a spark of Phoenix’s consciousness and residual energy.

These facts occurred in the memorable “The Dark Phoenix Saga”, an iconic X-Men story arc written in 1980 by Chris Claremont with art by John Byrne, it’s one of the most well-known X-Men’s comics, revered and widely considered a classic. Batman Knightmare – Zack Snyder’s Justice League – Legacy Replica 1/4

Joker – Batman The Animated Series – Art Scale 1/10

Holding one of the razor-sharp playing cards between the fingers of his right hand, with the representation of the suit that originated his name, the Clown Prince of Crime with his wide smile and dark eyes with the yellow sclera, presents himself on a technological pedestal leaning on his left leg on a mysterious “Jack-in-the-box”, an old toy in the shape of a box with a crank, that when turned plays a melody and revels a surprise figure in the end, in this case, almost always lethal. Known for his sadism, acid sense of humor, and unpredictability, the mysterious man that would end up becoming Joker was originally a criminal that worked for the Sal Valestra mafia. He was responsible for the death of businessman Carl Beaumont, father of Andrea Beaumont, one of Bruce Wayne’s first romantic interests. With his charismatic and extravagant behavior, the Clown Prince of Crime seduced and manipulated the young doctor, driving her insane and turning her into his girlfriend and criminal sidekick called Harley Quinn. With the agility and fighting skills above average, differently from Joker, she can also act like a sane and normal person, enough to disguise herself, and her charisma and psychiatric training allow her to psychologically manipulate others. Created by the duo Paul Dini and Bruce Timm, the positive reactions to the character from critics and audience made her presence constant in this animation and future Batman animations as well, up until 1999 when she was also added to the DC Comics universe.

Developed by Bruce Timm and Paul Dini and produced by Warner Bros. Animation between 1992 and 1995, Batman: The Animated Series, where Harley Quinn was created, is widely praised for its noir aesthetics and thematic complexity. Its acclamation helped it win four Emmy awards, including Outstanding Animated Program, and it’s considered by many the best Dark Knight’s adaptations for other media. Dementor – Harry Potter – Art Scale 1/10

Over a pedestal that replicates the ancestral Castle of Hogwarts in miniature, on the Scottish Highlands mountains, headquarters of the largest School of Witchcraft and Wizardry of the world, three dark and cadaveric figures float in search for new victims, to feed on their good souls, leaving a tray of fear, decay, and despair behind. Considered to be the most filthy and terrifying dark creatures in the magic world, a Dementor feeds on the human happiness, draining peace, hope, and joy from their victims, every good feeling, every happy memory is sucked, generating feelings of depression and hopelessness in anyone that gets near them. They’re also capable of consuming someone’s soul, their most feared attack is called the Dementor’s Kiss, leaving those who cross their path in a permanent vegetative state, like a mindless shell, because of that, they’re also called the Soul-Sucking Fiends. In the past, they were employed by the British Ministry of Magic as Azkaban’s prison guards, but after the Second Wizarding War initiated by internal conflicts arising from Dark Lord Voldemort’s second ascension to power together with his followers, the Death Eaters, a reformed Ministry guaranteed that they weren’t going to be used anymore, due to ethical amendments in the Ministry and the wizarding world. Almost indestructible, and loyal only to those who can provide souls for them to feed on, the only defense known against a Dementor is the so-called Patronus Charm, which summons a magic being, made of positive energy in the shape of a silver animal unique to each wizard.

Severus Snape Deluxe – Harry Potter – Art Scale 1/10

In a rustic classroom inside of a big castle in the Scottish Highlands, where the millennial Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry exists, the stiff Potions Master professor, Head of Slytherin House, exhales seriousness, authority, and control. Wearing his black cloak over his characteristic teacher’s clothing with a medieval aspect, he crosses his arms, holding his wand. Thus, Iron Studios present their statue “Severus Snape Deluxe – Harry Potter – Art Scale 1/10”, with the strict and powerful wizard, Harry Potter’s professor, over a pedestal with the stone floors of Hogwarts, with a table by his side with potion flasks, a small cauldron, artifacts, and a wizard’s book on the table, and big jars and bottles containing the ingredients to make magic formulas at his feet.

Coldly controlling his sarcasm, Severus Snape is an extremely skilled wizard, Potions Master at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Deep and enigmatic, he was Head of Slytherin House, one of the institution’s divisions, up until Harry Potter’s sixth year in the school. After, he then started teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts, a role he always wanted. During a big part of the story, Snape’s actions seem to have served the great villain Lord Voldemort, and despite most people’s opinions, including Harry’s, Headmaster Albus Dumbledore trusted Snape for reasons kept between the two of them until the time of their deaths. Surprisingly, Snape killed Dumbledore, part of a special agreement between them, and then, Snape became Headmaster of Hogwarts. Before Dumbledore’s death, Snape promised to protect the students of Hogwarts from the Death Eaters, which would inevitably take control of the Ministry of Magic as well of the school. In the end, Snape died by Voldemort’s hands, when his deep and strong love for Lily J. Potter, Harry’s mom, was revealed as well as his part as a double agent, which brought him redemption, linking him to Dumbledore’s cause with the Order of the Phoenix. Harry described him as “probably the bravest man he has ever known”, and guaranteed that his portrait remained in Hogwarts, honoring him as a hero, despite their differences.
