This weekend, Target.com posted a listing for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Cartoon 4-Pack. This set of figures is a reissue of the classic cartoon inspired figures from Playmates toys. The set includes Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael packed on retro card backs inside a TV Set gift box. The figures each have a special feature. Leonardo has bulging eyes, Donatello has a spinning bandana, Michelangelo can stick his tongue out, and Raphael can…uh…turn his head.
