Star Trek 2009 – Captain Kirk and Dr. McCoy Figures by Hiya Toys

Hiya Toys has updated with photos and details for their first two Star Trek figures. The new figures are based on 2009’s Star Trek reboot. The figures feature 1/18 scale versions of Captain Kirk and Dr. McCoy from the film. The figures will stand about 4″ tall, with about 17 points of articulation. Captain Kirk will include interchangeable hands, a Phaser, a communicator, and a display stand. Dr. McCoy will include interchangeable hands, medical equipment, and a display stand.

Star Trek (2009) Captain James T. Kirk Figure

We are proud to announce that the first product of the Star Trek series in the EXQUISITE MINI Series comes from “Star Trek 2009” – the 1/18 scale James T. Kirk action figure.

On the day of James T. Kirk’s birth, his father dies on his damaged starship in a last stand against a Romulan mining vessel looking for Ambassador Spock, who in this time, has grown on Vulcan disdained by his neighbors for his half-human heritage. 25 years later, James T. Kirk has grown into a young rebellious troublemaker. Challenged by Captain Christopher Pike to realize his potential in Starfleet, he comes to annoy academy instructors like Commander Spock.

Suddenly, there is an emergency on Vulcan and the newly-commissioned USS Enterprise is crewed with promising cadets like Nyota Uhura, Hikaru Sulu, Pavel Chekov and even Kirk himself, thanks to Leonard McCoy’s medical trickery. This crew will have an adventure in the final frontier where the old legend is altered forever as a new version of the legend begins.

He is dressed in the iconic yellow uniform representing command and strategic personnel. Features 17 points of articulation, utilizing an new body to provide a wider range of motion, allowing you to recreate various dynamic action poses from the movie.
