Hiya Toys has updated with photos and details for their upcoming Nero 1/18 Scale Figure from Star Trek (2009). In the film, Nero, played by Eric Bana, a Romulan mining ship captain that blames Spock for the destruction of Romulus and the death of his family. Accidentally traveling back in time (along with Spock Prime), Nero carries out a mission of vengeance against Spock and the entire Vulcan people.
The Nero figure will stand at about 4″ tall, and has about 17 points of articulation. The figure includes interchangeable hands, a Romulan long-handled weapon, a hand crossbow, and a display stand. The figure is priced at $24.99. It’s due for release in the Second Quarter of 2024. Pre-orders are currently available from Hiya Toys, and should make its way to additional retailers soon.
