Popeye Classics Wave 3 by Boss Fight Studio

The latest wave of Popeye Classics action figures by Boss Fight Studio have gone up for pre-order. The 1/12 scale figures feature interchangeable parts, and character specific accessories. This assortment features two versions of the First Appearance Popeye, The Goon, Rough House, and Toar. Popeye Classics Action Figure: Popeye 1st Appearance – Black Shirt
What better way to celebrate Popeye’s 95th anniversary than a figure that, for the first time anywhere, reflects his original appearance from 1929?  This deco version features Popeye’s later black shirt, has 20 points of articulation and includes alternate head, alternate hands and the Magical Whiffle Hen, Bernice!

Popeye Classics Action Figure: Rough House
The short-tempered Rough House is the brawling owner and proprietor of the Rough House Cafe, a popular eating establishment with Popeye and his friends and especially with J. Wellington Wimpy.  Although Rough House can never seem to get the best of the perennially mooching Wimpy, he’ll always keep trying.  Rough House has 20 points of articulation and includes chef’s hat and apron, alternate hands, cleaver, spatula, heaping bowl of spinach and a Rough House Cafe menu!

Popeye Classics Action Figure: Toar
The enormous Toar was once used by the Sea Hag in a scheme to best Popeye, but our hero eventually triumphed and befriended this immortal caveman.  Now Toar often travels with Popeye and friends on adventures, and even enjoys babysitting Popeye’s boy kid, Swee’Pea.  This Toar figure has 20 points of articulation and includes a bowler hat, alternate hands and a tea cup.

Popeye Classics Action Figure: The Goon
The mysterious Goons from Goon Island are by and large peaceful, but their great size and strength leads to them being used as ‘muscle’ by numerous villains – including the terrible Sea Hag!  This Goon figure has 22 points of articulation, includes alternate hands and a spiked club!
