Altered Beast – Werewolf Action Figure by JAKKS Pacific

With those words, an ancient battle begins, as a shape-shifting warrior is resurrected by the Greek god Zeus to rescue his daughter Athena. Altered Beast was a side-scrolling arcade hit from Sega, where your character could transform from a human warrior, to a powerful human-beast hybrid. A 16-bit port of the game was the pack-in title for the Sega Genesis, and it remains a cult classic. Sega has tweeted out a few photos of the new Altered Beast – Werewolf 4″ Scale Action Figure, which is being produced by JAKKS Pacific.

It will be available exclusively at Walmart stores in the next few weeks. You can see a few photos below.
