NECA TMNT Cowabunga Collection at Target – New Comic and Cartoon Figures

A new NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles assortment is now showing up at Target stores as part of the Cowabunga Collection. The new figures include a mix of classic cartoon, Mirage Comics, and Archie Comics characters. These items are being made available a Target first. While the cartoon series figures are typically exclusive to Target, the comic figures will eventually make their way to additional retailers. Included are:
