A new addition to the Universal Monsters line-up from NECA has gone up for pre-order. They have added the Phantom of the Opera (1923) – “Masque of the Red Death” Phantom 7″ Scale Figure. This new version of the Phantom includes interchangeable portraits, multiple swap out hands, a staff, and a wired fabric cape. The figure is scheduled for release in September.
