As the owner of the Last Chance Garage and former weapons specialist in the armed forces, Charley has earned the admiration of her Martian Mice pals. Widely regarded as the best motorcycle mechanic in Chicago, she can tune up an engine as fast as she can zoom down the freeway. When armed with her trusty toolbox and a few spare parts, she can create any gadget of destruction to kick enemy Plutarkian butt. Charley is lethal on the battlefield with her arsenal of Bazookas and laser cannons, and equally as lethal is her not-so-secret admirer, Vinnie, who never leaves her side. Fred is an unhinged weirdo who loves to be the victim of Karbunkle’s scientific trials, no matter how deranged. These two lunatics are a recipe for disaster – the perfect duo to fumble every attempt at stopping the meddling Biker Mice From Mars.

A Fish-faced schemer and smellier than moldy cheese, Lawrence Lactavius Limburger is the evil Plutarkian leader of the coup on Chicago. Disguised as a human businessman, Limburger has fooled the citizens of Chicago into thinking he will end crime. In reality, he orders his wacky henchman, Greasepit and Dr. Karbunkle, to strip-mine the city of its natural resources. The Biker Mice know Limburger’s true mission: deplete Earth’s assets for the High Chairman of his home planet, Plutark, just like he did on Mars. If the Biker Mice can get past Limburger’s rancid stench, it’s tail whippin’ time! Someone get this crook some deodorant!

He’s clumsy, he’s dumb, he oozes grease from every pore of his body. No wonder he’s never gotten a raise! Greasepit always aims to please Limburger by carrying out his nefarious schemes despite the absence of any corporate benefits. Unfortunately for him, the pesky vermin known as The Biker Mice From Mars constantly foil Greasepit’s schemes, often leaving him slipping on his own grease. But no matter how tough his rodent foes are, Greasepit will slide back into action wielding his inhuman strength and oil barrel grease gun, while ruining every carpet he steps on in his wake.
