Photos and details have been released by NECA for their next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) figure. They have officially revealed their Foot Soldier Ultimate 7″ Scale Figure. It includes two portraits, an assortment of hands, and various weapons. Pre-orders are due to go at some point live today. Keep an eye o nthe links below to order.
