DC Collectibles New 52 Poison Ivy Photo Shoot

The road to the end of DC Collectibles New 52 Action Figures continues today with a photo shoot for Poison Ivy, winner of the fan’s choice poll from DCC back in 2014. Poison Ivy is rocking her New 52 look which features a black jumpsuit layered in foliage and IMO is great modern take on the character. Still keeping a bit of the seductive tendencies in place without putting her in a leaf bikini. Great figure. The fans chose her and it was a good choice. The face sculpt came out particularly well, very angular but still feminine. Curves are crisp. Paint all over is well done and applied, popping the colors off the dark jumpsuit. The hair has depth in paint as well, making it stand out from multiple angles. This one has very limited articulation, reduced shoulders, basic elbows and knees, average range ankles. No rockers, crunches, waist, thigh or wrist swivels. But, none of the New 52 got too deep there, so this is in line with previous offerings. As a mini statue with limited movement, it’s great though, and will compliment a Batman lineup well.
