An updated S.H. Monsterarts Mothra has been revealed by Tamashii Nations. The figure is based on the 1990’s Godzilla vs Mothra movie; Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth in the U.S. The Mothra Special Color Version is a Bandai Premium Web Exclusive. The release include Mothra, a Mothra Larvae, a pedestal and a ray effect piece. Mothra will have an updated paint scheme, with more subtle shading throughout to more closely match the film version. The Mothra Larvae was previously included in a 2-pack with Battra.
The Mothra Figure is priced at 10,800 Yen (about $97 USD). Pre-orders are set to go live on March 24th. The release is scheduled for August. Read on for all of the new photos.
