Photos and details have been released for a new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – Baby Groot Maquette. The new statue release is a joint effort between Sideshow Collectibles and Legacy Effects. The Groot statue is life-size, will include a spaceship themed base and will stand 11″ tall. Groot is shown waving to his fellow Guardians from the beginning of the film. Sideshow will be offering both a collectors edition and an exclusive edition. the Sideshow Exclusive Baby Groot Maquette will include an interchangeable head sculpt.
The Baby Groot Maquette goes up for pre-order on Thursday, July 27th, sometime between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time. The Exclusive edition will be priced at $225.00, and the Collectors edition will be priced at $215.00. You can see the new photos after the jump.
