In Bloodborne, you encounter a plain porcelain doll throughout your quest. As the game progresses, The Doll comes to life. In the game, The Doll is the means used to level up The Hunter by trading in Blood Echoes. A new statue is now available from Gecco based on The Doll from the Bloodborne video game. The Doll 1/6 Scale Statue stands nearly 14″ tall and is cast in PVC and ABS plastic. It includes a stone wall themed base, as well as a lantern that can attach to the base.

Overall
The Doll comes packaged in a large windowless box. The packaging features assorted design elements from the Bloodorne video game. There is information on Bloodborne, The Doll as well as the statue itself printed on one side of the box, while the opposite side includes nice details on the artists who brought the statue to life. The Doll sits inside a plastic clamshell tray. Minor assembly is required as you need to attach both The Doll and the lantern to the base. They both fit nicely in place and assemble within seconds of opening.
After reviewing numerous Gecco statues over the past few years, it was no surprise how detailed the sculpt was here. As always, they have an impressive amount of sculpted detail throughout the entire statue. From ornate filigree on the cloak, to fine threaded texture on the dress, to wonderfully subtle details on the face. The entire statue has a wonderful, and game accurate, look to it that longtime fans of Bloodborne should enjoy. The paint work is handled with precision. The different sections each have nice clean paint lines, with subtle shifts in tones. Where appropriate, they have used darker paint washes to punch up the sculpted details. The statue is constructed of PVC and ABS plastic. Thankfully, there were no spots that felt overly fragile. The entire statue felt nice and solid and there were no breakage issues.
