Sideshow Collectibles has posted news on an all-new Thundercats Statue line they are developing. They have also shared previews of both Lion-O and Mumm-Ra, the first two statues they will release. This is one of the first major new Thundercats products since the loss of the Thundercats Classics toy line, which Mattel dropped when MattyCollector was closed down. We’ve gotten some low cost items, such as vinyl collectibles, but nothing aimed squarely at the higher end collector market in some time. Previous statue licensees included Pop Culture Shock, Hard Hero, and Kintiquettes (who still may have a license).
