The other day, this editor made a thread openly wondering why we have yet to see a 3.75″ Modular Iron Man figure. As one of the more recognizable/popular armors of the 90’s, and one that formed the basis of Tony’s regular armor in the mid 90’s cartoon, one would think Hasbro would have put it out already.
Yet as of yet, we have nothing, but perhaps not for long. Toymaniacs got Marvel Universe Wave 12 in stock recently but quickly sold out. Notice that the Iron Man Bleeding Edge Armor is labeled Modular Armor Iron Man! Now this leaves us with 2 running theories:
- It alludes to modular capabilities of the Bleeding Edge Armor
- It’s a slip-up/packaging mistake which inadvertently reveals that we are getting a Iron Man Modular Armor figure in Marvel Universe!
