Back in 2016, Prime 1 Studio announced their massive 63″ tall Kojima Productions – Ludens 1/2 Scale Statue. They are re-releasing the statue, this time at 1/4 scale. Ludens is the mascot for Kojima Productions, and has a number of collectibles that are available. This Ludens Statue stands at 30.5″ tall with the attached Kojima Productions flag. Ludens feratures a in an EVA suit, with a rock themed base. The helmet has a built in LED light up function. Also included with this release is a light up acrylic panel for orders placed before November 27th.

The Ludens 1/4 Scale Statue is priced at $999. You can opt for the payment plans to spread the cost out over a number of months. Prime 1 Studio & Kojima Productions are proud to present PMLU-01: Ludens 1/4 scale Statue.

Ludens is the Kojima Productions company icon and mascot. He wears an “extra-vehicular activity (EVA) creative suit”, and often carries a flag bearing the Kojima Productions logo which is based off Ludens himself. He is prominently featured in a video titled “Kojima Productions logo movie”, where he treks into the unknown of space and plants the studio flag into uncharted lunar ground. Yoji Shinkawa was the principal designer of Ludens, having formulated the overall design and idiosyncrasies of the mascot. Ludens’ design has a high tech feel, giving him a nostalgic ambiance. The surface of his EVA suit has “Turing pattern”-like elements that slightly rotate, inspired by the Turing machine.

The statue is made of high-quality materials, crafted with precision and style. Just like the HDMMLU-01: 1/2 Scale Ludens statue, the LED light-up function is on head helmet.
