Jimi Hendrix 1/6 Scale Figure by Blitzway

Collectible company Blitzway has announced a new figure based on the legendary Jimi Hendrix. In the 1960’s, rock and roll music really began to find it’s footing, bringing a whole host of now iconic musicians onto the scene. One of the most influential was Jimi Hendrix. His career and his life were cut short when he passed away in September 1970. However, his immense talent saw him become one of the most celebrated musicians on the 20th century. Jimi Hendrix could play a guitar like no one else at the time (and is still considered one of the greatest to ever play). Songs like Purple Haze and Foxy Lady still get regular rotations on many classic and modern rock stations.

The upcoming Jimi Hendrix 1/6 Scale Figure from Blitzway stands about 12″ tall, and features a fabric outfit, as well as rooted hair. The figure includes multiple interchangeable hands, a guitar, a busted guitar piece, a microphone stand, two necklaces, and a figure stand. Blitzway is also offering his iconic hat as an early pre-order bonus. The figure is priced at $289, and is scheduled for release in the Fourth Quarter. Check out photos and details after the jump.
