Toony Terrors Wave 3 – Chase Variant Glow-In-The-Dark Valak from The Nun – Toyark Photo Shoot

A chase variant of the Toony Terrors Wave 3 Valak Figure has officially been spotted in the wild. The Glow-In-The-Dark figure has actually been available for some time, but fans have just started to spot it. In case you missed it, you can check out my galleries of Toony Terrors Wave 1, Toony Terrors Wave 2, and Toony Terrors Wave 3 for a look at all of the previously released figures. The third wave of figures included the Valek possesed Nun from The Nun (along with this chase variant), Count Orlok from Nosferatu, and Ash Williams from Evil Dead 2.

The variant is hard to spot in the wild. The skin is just ever so lightly greener compared to the regular version, and looks a little translucent. The paint on the eyes and teeth are also a little less sharp (which can only really be seen in close ups) due to the type of plastic used for the glow effect. Other than that, it’s a near identical version of the regular edition. Our friends at NECA sent over the chase variant of Valak (quite some time ago actually), and now that it’s been spotter by collectors, I can showcase a gallery of the figure.
