The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms Rhedosaurus Statue by X-Plus

The latest Ray Harryhausen inspired statue is now up for pre-order by X-Plus. The statue is based on the Rhedosaurus from the 1953 sci-fi film The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms. The Rhedosaurus vinyl statue stands over 12.5″ tall. It will be available in both full color, or in a monochrome version. Each of those colorways will be available in a standard release, or a Deluxe Edition with a diorama base. The Deluxe Editions are limited to 500 pieces each.

In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the master of movie stop motion animation, Ray Harryhausen, Star Ace is proud to release the Rhedosaurus, a vicious ancient creature unleashed in the modern day.

Traditionally sculpted by the artisans of the famed creature shop of Kaibutsuya, this detailed Rhedosaurus statue is made from soft vinyl and stands 32cm tall. Each piece is hand-painted to bring out the details of the sculpt.

The Rhedosaurus comes in two variants, either in vibrant color or depicted in the monochrome of a black and white movie. Each of these variants also has a deluxe edition limited to only 500 pieces worldwide that includes a diorama base.
