Hasbro is set to re-launch Starting Lineup as a brand tomorrow, 9/22/22, with all new NBA players.  The starting lineup of wave 1 will be…  Joel Embiid, Trae Young, Ja Morant, Lebron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Dončić, Jayson Tatum, and Stephen Curry.  The 8 figures all feature modern 6 inch scale articulation similar to Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series, etc.  Uniforms are accurate with corporate branding included.  No word yet on the sneakers based on the preview pics.   Personal Thoughts – I appreciate the line needs to focus on current times and cater to new fans, but here’s hoping they dip into the archive for some NBA legends as things progress.  Check the teaser shots for each after the break, and check out pre-orders linkage tomorrow!
