New Tron Lightcycle Run Merch – Figures, Apparel, Identity Discs & More

Disney Parks are launching a new ride based on TRON, the Lightcycle run. And of course because we wouldn’t want it any other way, there is going to be TRON merch available at the parks related to the experience. As per the Disney Parks Blog:

When TRON Lightcycle / Run opens on April 4, guests will find these products and more in a specially designed pop-up shop area directly across from the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor entrance in Tomorrowland.

The line up includes items related to Tron, Tron Legacy and the ride. Clothing, action figures, role play and more will be available including:

• ReAction retro Tron figures and Lightcycles
• Back to the Arcade – neon signs, mini arcade game backpack and disc frisbee
• Thrill of the Race apparel – t-shirts, hats, high end jackets with removable disc
• Tron Legacy Sam Flynn helmet replica & carrying case
• Life on the Grid – light up apparel, backpack with bluetooth Identity Disc speaker (removable)
• Program action figures – customizable, has an identity chip that can then be used to re-program other merch (details here)

This may not be the full line up, as the blog entry is more casual than press release.  Either way there is a lot of cool new Tron stuff incoming.  Read on to check the pics!  We’ll update if any of this makes it’s way online at retail outlets.
