A new sub-branding of McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse line goes live today – McFarlane Collector Edition.  Packaging seems about the same with a new foil logo down the side denoting the new theme.  As described via official copy:

The DC McFarlane Collector Edition series of action figures is bringing back the classic looks of heroes and villains across DC Comics! Each 7-inch scale action figure includes an exclusive card stand, display base, and character specific accessories! They also come with a collectible art card with a character biography on the back. Fully articulated, each limited edition figure is showcased in premium window box packaging.

While not specifically mentioned, looks like some additional attention and quantity of paint is present.  Wave 1 is live now featuring Superman ( Action Comics #1), Green Lantern Alan Scott, and Abyss (Modern Batman Villain).  Retail price is $29.99 with a ship date of August 2023.  Read on for pics and details, hit our sponsors to snag your copies!
