TMNT Original Sketch Turtles Product Listings

Product listings have been posted on the Target website for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Original Sketch Figures from Playmates Toys. The figures are modeled after the first sketch of the four turtles by creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Included are Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. Each turtle stands about 4.5″ tall, and is individually packed in a window box with weapons and accessories.

The listings note that these are currently only available in stores, but you can set notifications if/when these become available online. they are priced at $14.99 each. See details and images below.

Long ago in Dover, New Hampshire, two upstart comic book artists passed the time making each other laugh. Kevin Eastman sketched an unlikely combination of “Ninja” and “Turtle.” Peter Laird answered back with his own version. Before long, a new sketch emerged of all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle brothers, ready for action. And the rest, as they say, is history!
