These look very nice, but not my cup of tea. Wish others would take lessons from Figuarts on tasteful articulation, though.

Anyone know when the preorders go up for these?

Preorders up for Hulk, Thor, Cap, and IM MK 45 at HLJ.

Looks like Hulk will be around $63 while the others are around $42 apiece, limit one per customer.

Am I the only one who'd like a Black Widow, Hawkeye, Ultron, Vision, Etc. as well? I'm a big completionist >.<

Ordered mine this morning.

Personally I'd really love to see Figuarts tackle all of the armors, including the villain's armors and the Hammeroids.

Hell, give me all of the villains from every Marvel movie while you're at it Bandai, lol.

Just making all of the Iron Man armors alone would be a big seller. I'm honestly surprised they haven't at least made SOME of the armors from IM3. I'd kill for an Igor or Silver Centurion.

Can someone explain the Total Price of Ultron for me?

above is written the Ultron Figure will cost about 58$
but the Online Store Bigbadtoystore wants the DOUBLE Price for the Figure!
How stupid is that???

I hope someone can tell us more details when the time comes.

The price is about $58 in Japan (using that days exchange rates), prior to local taxes being applied. After places like BBTS import it, they have to tack on the costs of that importing (sale, shipping, taxes) as this figure is not being released in North America.

Take SH Figuarts Thor as an example. In Japan he's selling from $40 - $50. However, North American sellers that imported it need to charge $70 - $80.

of course the Price rises a little bit
like the Thor Figure you mentioned, that is around 50$ Japan
so VERY close to 58$ Ultron

But in this case - THAT MUCH???
This is ridiculous, i expected something like...100$
or even close to 100$ maybe 90$ - 95$ after Importing.
But 115$???

compared to the Price Range (after importing) from the other Figures like Thor, Iron Man and so on, this one seems like an unfair Cash Grab to me.

That's ultimately up to you to decide. None of us are privy to what they are paying per figure, plus taxes and shipping for their allotment of figures.

But not seeing what's stopping you from ordering directly from a Japanese retailer yourself. Once it goes on pre-order at places like HLJ and Amiami, you can just order it for what they're charging and pay the shipping directly from Japan.

iam only a little bit shocked after seeing that Price of Ultron from BigBadToyStore.

I have been a collector for over 10 Years now, i have seen all
Price Segments, the little ones, the big ones, especially for
3rd Party Tranformers Combiner Figures.

If i import the Figure from Japan or USA, there will be additional
customs duty here in Germany - making this SMALL Figure alone
VERY VERY Expensive
(I always buy every Figure twice - one stays sealed in Package)

But such an Huge Price - for such a Small Figure is not right in my Opinion.
It is far far away from being fair.

I own an

- S.H. Monster Arts Predator (Heavy Armored), the Purchase Price was around 70 Euro (around 80$),
- S.H. Figuarts Injustice Batman = 50 Euros (around 60$)
- S.H. Monster Arts Warrior Alien = 50 Euros (around 60$)
THAT is an correct Price for a small S.H. Figuarts (or Monsterarts) Figure

For S.H. Figuarts Figures, i thought that Prices are always around
50$ - 80$ MAXIMUM = 90$

That is why iam really shocked after i saw this Price for that small Figure.

Things like Injustice Batman and Monsterarts Predator were solicited outside of Japan, meaning local shops could grab them wholesale without having to pay full retail plus taxes and shipping. It doesn't look like Ultron is available for solicitation in Japan yet, once that happens, it is likely to affect the price of the BBTS listing (as we saw with Transformers Masterpiece Shockwave/Lazerwave).

If you have a local shop in Germany you frequent, have they said what they're going to be charging for the Ultron figure? Genuinely curious what the going rate is going to be there.
