I'd say it's 3 3/4'' but could also be 6'' and knowing how popular he is with kids and collectors alike they'll more then likely have him in both scales... Wondering if this is different from the SDCC spidey figure that was released already? Looks similiar.

I've said this since day one. Spider-man did not need a reboot - nor did he need a costume redesign. This suit is horrible. I really hope this movie flops and sends Marvel a message.

Yep. Changing Spider-Man's core costume design in any way at any time is usually a recipe for failure.Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is not a Marvel Studios film is it? If not, of course it's gonna have issues.

Holy shit they gave him rocker ankles AND double jointed elbows. This is now more articulated than even some, SOME Marvel Legends figures! Impressive Hasbro, impressive. Even if the movie blows chunks and sucks rocks this figure looks okay. Sculpt could be better. Let's hope the final product doesn't look cheap as hell.

Gotta say you are in fact the minority. Completely underwhelming. Boy Hasbro just cannot get Spidey right!

Probably in the minority, but at least you're not alone. I'm right there with you. I've grown to really like the costume, a lot. And I wasn't excited at all about this reboot, nor do I think that it's necessary, but I'm definitely gonna check it out. |

I'ma go out on a limb and say that IS 3.75 inchs. I was looking at the Wrists, and the way Hasbro has always done their 6 inch figures wrists like that, they always have big round wrists and then the swivle hand. even in the new Thor and cap 6inch you can see it.
This Figures Wrists look like the way the GIJoe team does their new swivel 3.75 wrists for POC. personally, I want a MU Spidey with that Articulation!

i think its a 6 inch figure..
because it have: 1) double joint elbow - mu / thor, ironman2, cap movie etc. 3inch only have 1 joint.. 2) hinge/swivel wrist - mu / thor, ironman2, cap movie etc. 3inch only have swivel wrist.. i might be wrong though.. Last edited by troo kvlt; 07-19-2011 at 09:05 PM.. |

I'm not digging the suit currently, but I dig Andrew Garfield as Spidey. He's a really great actor. Like the suit though, I don't dig this figure. Something about it is just off enough to bug me.

I'm anti-reboot, but I'm digging the new costume, that's going to be one badass movie spidey to add to the avengers shelf. Now gimmeh my movie black cat already!
