So, which of the Marvel BAFs have YOU completed? Feel free to show off your best pics of em here, and discuss which ones you love - which ones you hate, and the pain of whatever pile of incomplete BAF parts you might have.

My complete ones:

Galactus
The Blob
Brood Queen
Fin Fang Foom
Red Hulk
Ares

Yeah, I'm small time My favorites are obviously Galactus and Fin Fang Foom (the one BAF I had always wished for above all others) but Red Hulk and Ares are cool too, if not ever so slightly underwhelming. The Blob and the Brood Queen, eh, at least they add some needed menace to the X-Men shelf, but they aren't that great.

You might find it bizarre that I have most of the Hasbro ones, but man, those figures have just been way more easy for me to find.

Anyway, my Almost Complete pile is:

Mojo (need 1 more part)
Onslaught (need 2 more parts)

The sad, barren waste land of destruction:

Sentinel (1 part)
Apocalypse (1 part)
Giant-Man (2 parts)
MODOK (2 parts)
Annihilus (1 part)
Ronan the Accuser (2 parts)

Also, I don't have any Sandman parts, because well, screw that entire wave

Anyway, share your story. This is anything and everything BAFs, so go wild!

Dude, you're further along than I am. The only two BAFs I've finished are Sentinel and Galactus.

EDIT: Crap, completely forgot about Apocalypse. I got him as well.

Man I want a BAF Galactus to team up with my Armada Unicron for my massive TF/Marvel Crossover I'm working on.

I have BAF Apocalypse but he's missing a tube

Anyone have a spare Apocalypse tube I could have?

Only ones I have completed are Galactus and Red Hulk. Close to completing Ronan and the Sentinel. Red Hulk is very cool small enough that he didn't need to be a BAF, in fact he started life as a green Hulk planned for regular release! Plans changed, a new head sculpt was made, and the figure was turned into Red Hulk, then planned as a BAF. A solid figure, and accurate to Mcguinnes's drawings.

I have the wonderful Pitt and Monkeyman also deceptifocus but I wanted to keep this Marvel specific, of course

I'd read something similar, even about it being a McFarlane Hulk, but it doesn't really feel that way to me. The spiraly shoulders are very McGuiness too, was it actually always planned as a Hulk in his style or was that another change they did later?

I think I actually like the BAF figures, more so than the figures you have to buy to complete them. If they weren't 50 plus for some on ebay, I'd just get those.

Mine is the darker Apocalypse, no doubt about it. Simply brilliant.

I'd have to say FFF is my fav based on his sheer size. Sculpting is great too. Giant Man would be a close 2nd. Onslaught's sculpting is dead on, but the figure is so small compared to other BAFs. Same goes w/ Ares. Rulk is cool, but too similar to other Hulk figs.

id have to say Apocalypse and the Sentinel are my all time faves. Ronin, Rulk, and Ares are great figs but i dont put them in the same league. FFF would be in my top 3 i guess but i think hes still missing something, i wish he had more poseability, i dont like how his neck has to be bent like that and he has to be like squatting all the time

I agree Onslaught is too small. I also would've preferred the pre-transformation version, but oh well.

Indeed. To be honest I thought this sub forum was only about toys for actual Marvel characters though. However, I see now they threw Legendary Heroes in the subcategories too! I guess it's fine.

Yeah, Galactus pretty much wins the Best BAF contest by simply existing. *NOBODY* ever thought they'd own a Galactus figure before he came along. Everyone else may well beat him in technical details; but Galactus obliterates them all in the 'OMFG I OWN A MFING GALACTUS FIGURE' category.

I've only got Galactus, Onslaught, and the Pitt. I skipped the Sentinels as would prefer the classic style, plus I would have to have 3 of them to make a proper assault squad. If Toy Biz had been smart enough to offer them as a $30 mail-in fig I woulda bitten, tho. But there was just no way I was gonna plonk down several car payments for a trio of figs I didn't *really* want.

The only Marvel one I have is a Sentinel. I use it with my Super Hero Showdown figures as that seems the better scale for it

I also have a Pitt
