I'm torn between the house of M, tradition red and blue costume or the Spiderman line: super posable spiderman
Probably going to get the super posable, he's the only spiderman from his own line of toys that doesn't look like complete garbage. House of M looks great too though |

I love the new comic pack version that comes with Captain Britain.

I agree with solidwii.
I swapped the super-poseable Spidey out for that one once I got it. The only thing that would make him better would be molded webs on his costume.

I was going to pass on the 2 pack .....now seems like an excellent addition! If only we could get a webbed armpit version.

The other one is smaller, articulated different, and has molded webs.

What really turns me off about the cp is having to buy captain Britain and I don't like the red in the elbow joints. Still will probably go with the super posable.
I had the single card MU spiderman but i always felt the body was too big around the middle and the colors were too dark. |

Good call, but those red arm bands might stick out a bit.
Hasbro should have made them translucent.

These are all Marvel Universe line that I could find. Left is from the 3 pack with Firestar and Iceman...the basic mold that was used over and over with little changes to the head. Middle is the New comic pack version I posted earlier. Right is the one with the best articulation. SDCC Movie Spidey. He sports a neck hinge, double elbow joints, articulated wrists, ball swivel hip joints, double knees, calf swivel, and ankle articulaiton. Only missing rocker ankles.

As a Spidey fan, my recommendations start with the new 2 pack (new 70's style headsculpt and thigh cuts), followed by Super Poseable from the Spidey line, then the Spidey-Sentry 2 pack, then the Target Exclusive Spidey-Green Goblin 2 pack which has a different headsculpt from the 36 other Marvel Universe Spideys. The SDCC movie one is cool, but that's a whole different ball game.

If anyone gets the comic pack, I'll buy their Capt. Britan off them.
An aside, I made the SW black costume super posable by swapping out his legs with Doctor Strange's...it gives that Spidey the leg swivel. |

My personal vote goes towards the Spider-Man from the Captain Britain comic pack. Nice head sculpt (I THINK it's a new one, I may be insane) and thigh swivel. Can't ask much more than that.

in terms of articulation, I would go with the SDCC but the super poseable looks more "classic"

I really like the new head sculpt on the 2pk spidey (makes the Sentry 2pk Spidey look super goofy). Too bad it had to come with useless Cap Brit. Maybe we'll see a single card rerelease in the new Avengers toy line...

IMO the best Spidey yet is the Cap bRIT 2 PAK. The SDCC spidey is good.. but ,for me.. the texture on his suit is too distracting.
